& Handicap
Andy
Heinz takes all applications for membership,
confirms handicap indexes, and importantly resolves
problems with handicaps, which seem to arise more
often than anybody wants.
He is also the Board Member who determines how
to establish handicap for new players.
And very importantly, he is the primary contact
with the SCGA – as one would expect because he has
many occasions to resolve problems at that level.
The role
of Membership & Handicap Chairman is to determine
membership standing, manage dues, promote membership.
As Handicap ‘chief’ he determines how to
establish handicaps and resolves problems with
handicaps.
