with the Men's Club. They
may come any Tuesday

this occurs.)
Guests may play at the
Member rate which is $5 off

in ask for the Mens Club

are limited to six guests
per year; an exception may
be granted upon approval by
the Tournament Director.
Guests are not eligible
to play in any of the
regular member competitions
(scores, closest to the pin,
etc.).
Guests are allowed to
participate in the optional
skins games if they have a
current USGA index.
Local Rules
WOODEN
PILINGS – Provided the ball does not lie in a hazard,
all wooden pilings are played as immovable obstructions.
Determine nearest point of relief, no nearer the hole,
and drop within one club-length, no penalty.
EMBEDDED
BALL – Through the green, a ball embedded in its own
pitch-mark in the ground may be lifted, without penalty,
cleaned and dropped as near as possible to where it lay
but not nearer the hole. The ball when dropped must
first strike a part of the course through the green.
STAKED
TREES – If such a tree interferes with the player’s
stance or area of intended swing, the ball must be
lifted, without penalty, and dropped within one
club-length at the nearest point of relief, no nearer
the hole.
PUBLIC
ROADS – A ball that crosses a public road defined as
out of bounds and comes to rest beyond that road is out
of bounds, even though it may lie on another part of the
course.
WASTE
AREAS – Waste Areas on holes 6, 12, and 13 are played
as through the green.
STONES
IN BUNKERS – Stones in bunkers are moveable
obstructions.
BRIDGES
– the bridges on holes 1, 8 and 18 are immovable
obstructions. A ball coming to rest on a portion of the
bridge within the Lateral Hazard is in the hazard. Play
the ball as it lies or proceed under the Lateral Water
Hazard Option. A ball coming to rest on a portion of the
bridge not in the hazard may be played under the
Immovable Obstruction rule. Determine the nearest point
of relief, no nearer the hole and drop within one
club-length, no penalty.
DOUBT
AS TO PROCEDURE – If a doubtful situation arises, the
player may play two balls. Before doing so, the player
must announce to a fellow-competitor he intends to play
two balls and which ball he wishes to count if the Rules
permit. The competitor must reports the facts to the
Committee before returning his scorecard, even if he
scores the same with both balls. If he fails to do so,
he is disqualified.
All
other play is governed by the USGA Rules of Golf
